Natasha K. Peck Honored

We’re proud to share that last night at the 37th Annual Lawyers Clearinghouse Meeting, Natasha K. Peck accepted the Pro Bono Excellence Award on behalf of Dain Torpy, recognizing our firm’s role as a founding partner of the Lawyers Clearinghouse Tax Lien Foreclosure Clinic.

Since its launch in 2023, the clinic has provided homeowners facing foreclosure with critical pro bono representation, helping clients avoid the loss of their homes and stabilize their housing. Our office has been deeply involved from the start, with Natasha leading by example in serving clients with compassion and skill.

At Dain Torpy, we believe we have a moral obligation to support clients who may not otherwise have access to the resources they need when facing foreclosure. As Shareholder and Director Kate Carter shared, the clinic is “a great opportunity for our attorneys to hone up on their skills on providing the stress relief and empathy that clients will need, whether it’s in tax lien foreclosure or in the context of a lot of our ordinary cases.”

We are honored to be recognized alongside Phillips & Angley and Pierce Atwood LLP for this meaningful initiative, and we are especially proud of Natasha for carrying forward our firm’s ethos of service and excellence.
