Kate Carter was recently quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly regarding The Appeals Court’s decision in Sunpin, reaffirming the legislative protection of solar projects under the Dover Amendment.
Dan Dain was invited by REBA to testify before the Massachusetts Senate Committee on a zoning reform bill that he helped draft. He spoke on the critical need for thoughtful, strategic updates to the state’s zoning framework, drawing on his deep experience in land use and real estate development law.
This year, Dain Torpy sponsored Glow in the Park hosted by the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy. DT Attorney Abigail LaFontan has co-chaired the event for the past 2 years. We could not be prouder of her hard work and dedication to making this such a memorable and successful event!
On May 1st, Dain Torpy was proud to host REBA Massachusetts’s first Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Social Mixer. It was a dynamic evening bringing together real estate professionals and law students for meaningful conversation, connection, and community-building. Guests had the opportunity to network and learn how to get involved in REBA’s growing DEIB Initiative.
