Dain Torpy Announces Elevation of Michael Riley to Shareholder/Director
Dain Torpy is pleased to announce that Michael J. Riley has been elected a Shareholder and Director of the firm.
A member of the firm’s Leasing Group, Mike focuses his practice on representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, life sciences, retail and industrial properties across the country. Mike’s extensive leasing experience allows him to advise clients on both the legal and business issues that arise not only during initial lease negotiations but throughout the ensuing landlord/tenant relationship. Mike has co-chaired the Leasing Committees for the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association, and he is a contributing author for the MCLE’s “Lease Drafting in Massachusetts”. A graduate of Boston College Law School, Mike has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and a “Top Lawyer” by Boston Magazine.
