Steve recently has obtained zoning approvals for the following projects:
- Mixed-use development at the Riverside MBTA site (Newton) consisting of 6 buildings with 750 residential units and 21,000 square feet of retail space
- 40B development with 296 residential units and 8,300 square feet of ancillary retail space near West Newton Square
- 40B development with 204 residential units and 4,500 square feet of ancillary retail and community space along the Charles River near the Newton/Watertown line
- • Mixed-use development of 140 residential units and 45,000 square feet of retail space in Newtonville
- Conversion of 185,000 square feet from office use to life science use at 275 Grove Street, Newton
- 34-unit condominium development at Four Corners in Newton
- 20-unit residential development in Newton Centre
- Renovation of the historic Nathaniel Allen House in West Newton
- Newtonville campus of the Russian School of Mathematics
- Wayland campus of the Carroll School
- Cannabis dispensaries in Newton, Sturbridge, and Provincetown
- Elderly housing with services community with 90 units and 120 beds in Chestnut Hill
- Elderly housing with services community with 85 units and 110 beds in Newton Corner
- Expansion and renovation at Lasell Village in Auburndale
- 40B development with 375 residential units on Charlemont Street in Newton Highlands
