Stephen G. DeLisle
Steve represents clients in commercial leasing transactions, including retail, office and industrial uses. His clients include national retailers and regional owners, developers, operators and managers of commercial real estate. Steve’s experience goes beyond the transactional and includes developing creative but pragmatic solutions to disputes and providing advice and strategies to clients during all phases of the leasing relationship, including post-closing lease administration. Specific experience includes representation of:
- Prominent financial services company nationally in leasing transactions for retail locations, including street-level storefronts, malls, lifestyle centers and mixed-use developments in New York, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, San Francisco and Seattle.
- Prominent financial services company nationally in leasing transactions for office locations, including marquee locations in New York, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta and San Francisco.
- Regional landlords and developers in connection with retail, office, industrial and warehouse leases.
- Regional and national tenants in connection with retail, office, medical office, and warehouse leases.
He also represents clients in acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.
Additionally, Steve represents clients in in complex bankruptcy matters; commercial transactions, including negotiation and drafting of lending agreements; mergers and acquisitions; matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code; and specialized tax matters.
Professional Activities and Honors
- He is a member of the City of Newburyport Zoning Board of Appeals.
