Peter G. Brassard
Peter Brassard is an experienced commercial real estate transactional attorney. Peter represents parties involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, condominiums, joint ventures, and other real estate investment, development, and operational matters. Peter focuses his practice on leasing and leasing administration of all property types on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including office, retail, warehouse, industrial, flex, mixed-use, and laboratory.

- General counsel to a Massachusetts–based commercial real estate company with approximately 250 tenants in 13 states occupying approximately seven million square feet of office, medical, retail, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use space.
- In-house real estate counsel to a Massachusetts-based commercial real estate company with 1500+ tenants occupying more than 10 million square feet of Greater Boston office, medical, retail, industrial, warehouse, laboratory, and flex-space.
- Represented Boston-based pharmaceutical and biotechnology company in connection with leasing of laboratory space in eastern Massachusetts.
- Represented Boston-based law firm in connection with relocation of its headquarters.
- Represented tenant client in connection with leasing of café space in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Represented landlord in connection with leasing of office and retail spaces in prominent Boston Back Bay location.
- Represent Boston area non-profit in connection with leasing of behavioral care and respite home centers.
