Eric represents parties involved in all aspects of commercial real estate lease transactions, including institutional investors, developers, and public and private companies. Eric’s extensive experience includes advising both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and ongoing lease administration for office, life sciences, retail, and industrial properties in the New England area and across the country. Eric also advises companies in managing their real estate portfolio through all stages of the corporate life cycle, from initial lease-up to final disposition.

Representative Experience

  • Represented a publicly-traded life sciences company with respect to its national leasing, including a 450,000 square foot headquarters and over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
  • Represented a publicly-traded on-line automobile marketplace in its headquarters lease of more than 225,000 square feet of space in a new project to be constructed over the Massachusetts Turnpike.
  • Represented a life sciences company in a full building lease of its headquarters in South Boston containing more than 263,000 square feet of office and lab space.
  • Represented landlords in leases in Boston and Washington, DC to a co-working space provider totaling approximately 325,000 square feet.
  • Represented a Massachusetts-based international footwear company with respect to its national headquarters lease.
  • Represented the landlord of a Class A Office Tower in Boston in a lease of approximately 250,000 square feet to a national financial institution.
  • Represented a Dallas-based developer in the negotiation of a build-to-suit lease of a seventeen story dormitory building in Boston.
